1. ECE R100

Uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles with regard to specific requirements for the electric power train

Part II: Safety requirements with respect to the Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS), of road vehicles of categories M and N equipped with one or more traction motors operated by electric power and not permanently connected to the grid.

第二部分：對於裝配一個以上電力驅動系統，且非永久連接式之M和N類道路車輛的可充電電能存儲系統（REESS）的安全要求

 

適用範圍

 類別M和N的道路車輛的最大電力傳動速度超過25 km/h, 且車輛配備一個或多個由電力驅動馬達並且非永久連結至充電系統。

本法規不包括公路車輛碰撞後的安全要求。

 

Part II of this Regulation does not apply to REESS(s) whose primary use is to supply power for starting the engine and/or lighting and/or other vehicle auxiliaries systems.

本法規的第二部分不適用於以下目的之REESS設備：

為發電機 和/或 照明 和/或 其他車輛輔助設備提供動力系統。

 

2. ECE R136

Uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles of category Lwith regard to specific requirements for the electric power train

R136 part. II

Safety requirements with respect to the Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) of vehicles of category L with a maximum design speed exceeding 6km/h, equipped with one or more traction motors operated by electric power and not permanently connected to the grid

關於L類電力傳動車輛之特定要求的批准與統一規定

第二部分：對於裝配一個以上電力驅動系統，最大速度超過6 km / h且非永久連接式之L類道路車輛的可充電電能存儲系統（REESS）的安全要求

 

Part II適用範圍

 類別L的道路車輛的最大電力傳動速度超過6 km / h, 且車輛配備一個或多個由電力驅動馬達並且非永久連結至充電系統。

本法規的第二部分不適用於以下目的之REESS設備：

為發電機 和/或 照明 和/或 其他車輛輔助設備提供動力系統。

 

依照 ECE Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3), 附件 7 將機動車輛分類為：

L 類：少於 4 輪之機動車輛。

M 類：至少有 4 個輪子，且主要目的為載運乘客之動力驅動車輛。

N 類：至少有 4 個輪子，且主要目的為載運貨物之動力驅動車輛。

O 類：拖車(包括半拖車)。

“大型車輛” 是指 M2~M3 , N2~N3 及 O2~O4 類車輛.

“小型車輛” 是指 M1, N1 及 O1 類車輛.

“機車” 是指 L1 及 L3 類車輛.

 

 

 

Vibration 振動測試	R100: 7~50 Hz   10 m/s² R136: 7~200 Hz  80 m/s²
Thermal shock and cycling 熱衝擊循環測試	-40 ~ 60 ℃溫度循環測試，至少5個循環
Mechanical shock 機械衝擊	R100: 24g 120ms R136:1,500 m/s² 6ms
Mechanical drop (R136 only) 落下測試	一米高度落下，並從不同方向落下6次
Mechanical integrity (M1 & N1 only) 側向擠壓測試	側向施加100N但不超過105N的擠壓力
Fire resistance(for R136 vehicles with a passenger compartment only) 火燒測試	火盆原地加熱60秒後，移動至層架加熱70秒，之後耐火磚再加熱60秒。
External short circuit protection 外部短路測試	外部線阻5 mΩ以下進行外部短路
Over-charge protection 過充保護	至少1/3 C充電至保護，如沒有保護，則直到其額定充電容量的兩倍。
Over-discharge protection 過放保護	至少1/3 C放電至保護，如沒有保護，直到放電至標稱電壓的25％
Over-temperature protection 過溫保護	保護裝置開啟且冷卻功能關閉下，連續進行充電與放電
