BIS Extension for Current Standard Update
Considering the practical difficulties to proceed changeover during India lockdown, BIS issued an announcement at March 27, 2020. Mentioned the last date of implementation is March 01, 2020 and beyond has been given an extension of 90 days.
- IS 1293: 2019 --> Original standard extended up to October 23, 2020
- IS 16046 (Part 1): 2018 & IS 16046 (Part 2): 2018 --> Original standard extended up to
December 29, 2020
